Weli Cultural Alliance would like to offer its sincere apologies to all customers that had booked tickets for the London event. Sadly, due to problems related to gaining planning permission from Hounslow Council to hold the event at Gunnersbury Park, we have had to postpone the London event until further notice. We have every intention to come back to London and will announce this when we have new dates confirmed. All customers will get a full refund on their tickets. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number and our customer service team will arrange the refund for you. Thank you for your understanding.
Ice Age – The Lost Kingdom begins its UK tour in London at Gunnersbury Park in West London. Open during the Easter break from 6th to 28th April daily from 10am to 6pm with last entry at 5pm. Entry is hourly and visitors must arrive within the hour entry time they have chosen. For example, if you purchase a 10am ticket you must arrive between 10am and 11am. Tickets will be scanned on arrival so please show your printed tickets or download them and show them on your phone.
Please Note: All tickets are strictly non-refundable and ticket dates cannot be changed. Please respect this policy and do not ask for any refunds or exchanges. Children aged 2 and under are free and do not need a ticket. There are no cloakroom facilities at the venue, so visitors will not be able to store bags, buggies or bikes etc. Children’s bikes, scooters and skates are not permitted inside the event. Only guide dogs are allowed, no other pets are permitted onsite.
Please Note: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Children aged 2 and under enter free and do not need a ticket. Child tickets are for ages 3-16. There are no cloakroom facilities at the venue, so visitors will not be able to store bags or large items. Children’s scooters, skates and bicycles are not permitted on site. Accessibility: The pathways are a mixture of hard standing, grass and dirt track and temporary plastic pathway. The event route is mostly accessible to wheelchair users and pushchairs. Please be aware that some areas may have a few steps or get a little muddy and have uneven surfaces as we are on a public park site. Our teams onsite are ready to assist any wheelchair users when required and offer route guidance and advice as we would like all our visitors to enjoy the experience.
Parking: To retain the peace of the park and the local residents, the small onsite car park is reserved for blue badge holders only. We urge all other visitors to use public transport and the nearest tube station is Gunnersbury which is only a five minute walk from the park.
Travel By Public Transport: Nearest tube station is Gunnersbury Park on the District Line and only a 5 minute walk to the park. Nearest Overground station is Kew Gardens, which is a 20-minute walk to the park. There are a number of bus routes to Gunnersbury Park from various parts of London.
