You can purchase tickets online or at the event on the day of your visit. We recommend you purchase tickets online so that you get your preferred date and entry time. But there will be tickets available to purchase on the day at the box office onsite at the entry to the event.
An adult ticket is valid for visitors aged 16 to 64 years old.
A Child ticket is valid for visitors aged 3 to 15 years old. Children aged 2 or under do not need a ticket to enter.
A Concessions ticket is valid for visitors aged 65 or older, those with a disability, the unemployed & students. Proof may be required at the entrance of the event (e.g. Driver’s License, DLA & student card).
A Family ticket is valid for 4 people only. Family ticket is valid for 2 Adults + 2 Children or 1 Adult + 3 Children. Children aged 2 or under do not need a ticket.
Group tickets are valid for groups of 10 visitors or more (irrespective of age, it is a set price per person regardless if they are a child or an adult). Visitors aged 2 or under do not need a ticket to enter. A minimum purchase of 10 tickets is required.
Disabled visitors should buy Concessions Tickets, unless they are part of a Family or a Group of 10 or more.
We offer registered carers free entry into our event as long as they are accompanying their dependent. We offer one free Carer Ticket per transaction. For your free carer tickets, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
The route has been carefully chosen so as to maximize accessibility to wheelchair users. That said, please be aware that some pathways have uneven flooring or steep gradients as we will be hosting our events in outdoor public parks. Please note that we do not hire out wheelchairs at the event.
Only assistance dogs will be allowed to enter, no other dogs or pets will be allowed to enter the event.
Yes you can, but we do not have facilities for storing them.
Children’s scooters/skates/bicycles will not be allowed to enter the event & we do not have facilities for storing these items at the event.
When buying the ticket on our website, you can enter the discount code you have when you go through the purchasing process. The discount code should be entered on the Eventbrite ticketing page where you select your tickets. Once the tickets have been purchased, we cannot apply the discount retrospectively.

No need to print your tickets, just show them to the staff on arrival to the event entrance area. Please have the barcode showing so that your tickets can be scanned on your phone.
You do need to arrive at the event at the entry time you chose when you booked your tickets. This is to avoid overcrowding and for health and safety purposes. If you arrive a little early or a little late, don’t worry, you will not be refused entry to the event.

The time it will take you to walk around the attraction will depend on several factors, including, how much time you spend reading about the beasts, how much time you spend enjoying the various activities along the route, the size of the park where we host the event. On average, visitors spend about two hours in our event.
Yes. There are a handful of street food and drink vendors onsite across the route.
Yes. Many of our visitors enjoy having a family picnic on a dry sunny day at the event.
Clothes & shoes suited to walking around in a park. Please note, due to the high number of visitors at our events, sometimes the ground may become muddy during or after rain.
